"Amtrak Status Maps" and "Amtrak Train Status/Archives" are complementary, dynamic, third party sites that allow you to find the approximate current location and status of selected Amtrak trains or to select an Amtrak train and look up the actual historic arrival and departure times at all stations along the route for the train and date you select. 

"Amtrak Radio Frequencies" from "On Track On Line" gives you the scanner frequencies to tune in to while rolling along on your journey.

Clicking on "Historical On-Time Performance" takes you to an amtrak.com page that allows you select a route and train number and view the on-time performance of that train for the previous month and past 12 months.
